Mr. Venkateswar Reddy Vari holds Graduate qualification. He possesses rich experience in Management and Administration Matters. Very Pro-active and focused in his approach towards business.

He comes with over 35 years’ experience, of which 21 years as a CA professional service to various establishments, firms and companies. Audit experience of public sector companies, Coal India, GAIL, Govt Mint, Insurance Companies, State Electricity Boards, Banks and Private manufacturing concerns.

Mr. Rajasekhar had worked as a financial head for around 14 years in India and UAE (1994-2004 Dubai), in steel manufacturing, Civil construction & Shipping companies. He has extensive experience in auditing and advising clients across various industries. Financial & Accounting structure, implementing ERP framework, business model identification, mergers, acquisitions and business reorganizations. Hands on experience in IPOs. He works extensively with private equity funds, FDIs, other financial institutions and owners and managers of businesses to address the commercial objectives.

Mrs. Kanthi Reddy Sunkerneni holds MBBS, MS (Ophthalmology) qualification. She possesses rich experience in Management and Administration Matters include leadership, team management, the ability to monitor, manage risk, negotiation skills, research and strategy, business intelligence and networking in the medical field.

Mr. Sridhar Reddy has rich 23 years rich and varied experience as SAP HANA, Success Factors & Logistics Solution Architect of which 19 years’ in Program Management, Quality Assurance, Process Audit.

He is known for his delivery skills, managing projects with multi vendors, across geographical locations, parallel solutions implementation - many are business critical. He's critical sometimes crazy, according to people, about implementing standard solutions, best business practices, minimizing custom developments, replacing/merging up-steam/down-steam interfaces, eliminating data redundancy.

30+ years in Chartered Accountancy practice possess strong analytical and administrative capabilities. As a qualified professional, he is committed to coordinate and supplement group effort in multi-function environments.
